IMPORTANT BOOKING INFORMATION:

  • A confirmed booking that is cancelled more than seven (7) days prior to the booking date and time will incur no charges. All payments will be refunded in full.
  • Renter may only reschedule one-time, without penalty if prior notification via email or phone call is confirmed by Ringlight Studios at least 72-hours or more prior to scheduled shoot. Renter will lose the privilege and forfeit entire rental fee if rescheduling or cancellation is attempted inside of 72-hours.
  • Renters may not exceed a maximum of six (6) people allowed in the space at one time. No exceptions.
  • Representative renting the studio space must be present for the entire duration of the rental.
  • Any unused time is non-refundable. Renter is responsible for the full balance.
  • Allow time for setup and cleanup within the reservation period. You will have to setup the lights and backdrops yourself, and cleanup is mandatory.
  • Studio must be returned to its original condition to avoid a $60 cleaning fee.
  • Rate is for studio space rental only. Ringlight Studios does not provide the photographer, camera, makeup, hair, etc.
  • Please do not arrive early as you will not be able to enter until your reservation time is reached.
  • There will be NO drugs, NO alcohol, NO vaping, NO e-cigarettes, and NO smoking allowed in or around the studio premises.
  • The studio is not soundproof. Audio recording may not be suitable, and live/loud music is prohibited. Rent at your own risk.
  • Renter and guests must keep volume to a respectful level. Ringlight Studios exists in a professional office building and there are neighbors on all sides.
  • Renters must hold a business general liability insurance policy or purchase a day policy.
  • There is ample free street parking.
  • Pornographic photography/filming is not allowed.
  • Pets are not allowed in the studio. Service dogs are exempt. Please have copy of proof handy.
  • Ringlight Studios is located on the second floor and there is no elevator.
  • Ringlight Studios standard hourly rental rate is from 9am – 5pm, Monday-Friday. The studio is available for rent 7 days a week, and also after hours at a premium rate. Should your booking be scheduled past 5pm, after hours rates will apply.
  • There is a +$40 charge for the use of each full sweep of seamless paper color (up to 10-ft on the ground).
  • If renter uses time after the scheduled reservation time overtime rates will apply. Overtime fees will be charged at $150 per hour, billed in 30 minute increments.
